Ugh. Not even a week in - and a stall. I know, I know....but I like to see even a tiny drop each day the first week. :( Still, haven't lost my motivation though! Just going to keep taking it one day (meal??) at a time!

This is normal. You will lose some water then see a stall then it will keep going. You have to watch the trend. Weightloss is not linear, we go up and down for no reason but the trend should be down. Good luck. Hang in there. you are doing good. No need to tweak or lose faith

You can do it, Talu!
Everyday can be a challenge. Give yourself permission to fail and tell yourself tomorrow is another day and work for that success.

You have to wait for your body to adjust. Just because you are not seeing it on the scale, things are happening to your body all the time. Stick with it.😃

This is totally normal! From my experience so far, every time I see a sudden weight gain on the scale, my logic is that it’s impossible to gain that much fat in that little time, and that it must either be water weight or, if you are working out, muscle gain. Sometimes you will gain weight one day and then the next have a sudden drop. Just have to power through those not-so-fun numbers, it will totally be worth it!
