Signed up to fatsecret.com on 06/10/2020 to participate in a weight loss challenge to help get to my goal weight of 195 Lbs.. My weight on 06/11/2020 was 210 Lbs. Weight was taken at 9:00 AM. Water 64.2% BMI 28.5 Bone 8.2 - Muscle 169.6 -

At 81 years of age, I want to get as healthy as possible - especially given health threats posed to older people by the Carona Virus. My routine over the next two weeks will focus on diet and exercise to achieve my goal. I have already dropped in weight since January 2020 31.6 Lbs. Now I want to accelerate my weight loss from 210 Lbs. to 195 Lbs. or another 15 Lbs - using this challenge for greater motivation.

Swam 30 Laps in 45 minutes (8:00 to 8:45 AM. on Thursday 06/11/2020).
