Carb Tracker for Gina's Journal, 30 July 2013

My carb count is a little high because I didn't eat everything listed. Like the side salad... I picked out the carrots and the tomatoes, plus there were no croutons... I'm thinking it was a 1carb. That goes for the side salad at Cracker Barrel also. Another issue is the breakfast sausage. I Have no idea if it's less or more, just using that as an average.... here's hoping.
Just thinking aloud :)
