So, finally measured my waist after a couple of months. 28 1/2”.
Hips 38”

Doing my weigh-in tomorrow because I won’t be home until Tuesday.

Daily workout done. Interval hike with some backwards walks during it. Also alternating hike between heel strike and power pads. 💪🏃‍♀️

You are shrinking so freaking fast. You just started and took off like crazy- And that graph/weight chart is from the 2nd time around, right? What was your original starting weight when you were itzy?

Well, to be fair, some of it was pregnancy weight that came off a lot faster when I first started moving and watching calories. And I’m a crazy focused person. Lol. Doctor recorded weight at 229 beginning of September (think it was September, anyway) last year.

Thank you Shir, Wifey, and Diana!😊 It’s funny. I know my waist is way smaller than it used to be but it also doesn’t feel like it. Almost like I feel it’s a dream. Lol. I don’t know if that makes sense. You know you’re getting in shape but it still feels unbelievable.
