Great joy!!!!! Four lbs. in 13 days. Counted calories, that's all, and it works. I was hungry a few times, but never too hungry that a small bite of an allowed food wouldn't cure. Exercise was mild ad easy. Now, twenty more of those fat bombs to go!!!
