One of the toughest steady state runs today. A 5.2 jog with 7.0 then 8.0 runs thrown in. Form and endurance has improved drastically with this program. Water intake has been much better and ready for my hiking interval tomorrow. No outside activity because of severe weather but kids have had a wonderful Easter morning. Have a great Easter! 🙏
