BK2526's Journal, 11 April 2020

Yesterday was recovery walk and today a fairly short recovery hike with only minimal intervals. Some lunges, stiff leg deadlifts, and squats. Even started core yoga. 🥳
I love working out. It’s not a chore I dread but a way to get my day started in a positive way.
Some massive water drinking today because I did slack some yesterday.

It has started off beautiful!💞😘 Now I did have an adventure in core yoga. Turns out, it’s not easy to do and even harder when you have a 14 month old trying to crawl all over you. 😂🤣 The other littles tried to copy me and my son said “that’s enough for me, mommy. I’m buff”.😂🤦🏻‍♀️

😂He’s such a turkey! 💞 Core yoga works more the center area. It sounds easy but you definitely feel it deep within the center of your body. It was a cool thing to try and I’ll incorporate it a few times a week.
