I'll take any loss at this point. The last couple of days have been horrible for me. I'm having yet again another urine flare. Only a little comes out and it just doesn't wanna come out, I'm waking up at night passing more, but it's hard to get it out also. Hopefully, it goes away soon, still, on the medication, my urologist gave me to relax my bladder, it was helping for the last month so hopefully, it goes away soon. Not much longer and I'll reach my goal of 375, IDK if I'll reach it before April 15th (my next appt with doctor). But, I'll get there. Food the last couple of days have been bad, not really over-eating but just bad choices. Have a blessed day everyone! You're in my prayers!

I know it is impossible now but when things open up talk to your Dr. about getting some PT for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. It can be extremely helpful. Just be sure to get a therapist that is trained in PFD treatment. Sending a huge hug❤️

That’s tough. Try some herbal tea like: Chamomile tea, Mint Tea, Parsley tea, green Tea. Cranberry or garlic. Look into natural ingredients. Plus doing more pelvic exercise (I had to do that) warm bath. I wish you good luck.
