Sorry I've not been that interactive or encouraging. I'm still sick. Monday marked 3 weeks. I think the flu gave way to a bad cold, which gave way to a sinus infection and perhaps a respiratory issue. I've gone as long as I can, got a doc appointment Friday. I drove a total of 9 hrs yesterday to officiate a funeral, and tomorrow I will make an 11 hr round trip for the internment. Then Sunday driving 10 hrs one way to Louisville, stay a few days and haul home. I am getting plenty of sleep. I just want this crud over with so that I can get back on the weights. Cheers all.
