Back in the real world and pretty flabbergasted by the scales. I walked, swam, and strictly stuck to 2 or 3 meals, no junk while we were away! Hell, I even pooped Saturday and Sunday, which never happens when I'm traveling.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
