Tonight's dinner ~ my brother in law gave us more venison!

The steak marinated all day in a ginger/teriyaki rub
Served with dutch potatoes, mushrooms & onions sauteed in butter

The 1st photo actually looks like the meat is cooked, but that's how dark the rub is!
