SO technically start weight was 198 day one was 195 and today 192 after a KETO re-feed. I lost 6 pounds in 2 days with no hunger ( because I started when I am already fat adapted) I will fast until Friday night (approximately 56 hours) Because we are going to KNOTTS SCARYFARM and I'm going to eat what I want.
