I am going somewhere down, slowly but surely. I wanna see a drop of more than 1KG nexr week Monday. I am starting Beyonce's diet(the Master Cleanse) today.
259.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 93.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My progress downward was also s-l-o-w-l-y. Irritated me, but gets me towards my goal. Stick with your plan, because those small drops ALL add up! :)
