Amazing time with my family last weekend! We celebrated my 65th trip around the Sun lol. Too many "bad" foods to list here, potato salad, Cake, ice cream, you get the idea. I feel so blessed with all the support and love in my life. My weight loss is the main reason I made that latest trip around the sun. I have stage 4 COPD and my Dr. told me my latest episode a few months ago would have been my last if not for my improved health. If anyone needs incentive, keep in mind you won't live forever, just live as long as you can!
