Looks great! What is the vodka sauce. I tried different ones with squash, but didn't like them. Keep up the good work angelgirl!

Hey Dennymau! I used jar vodka sauce, Bertolli brand. I love it and it pairs well with squash. It has a few less carbs than traditional marinara/red sauce and I don't use as much because its a thicker sauce. Thanks for the encouragement friend!
