Maybe I am finally in Ketosis, after 6 months, because I am not as hungry. Fasted 18 hours.
106.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job!! 🌞I find when I’ve eaten enough good fat the day before I am not near as hungry. ... I like using Keto strips to see my level a few times a day (on eating days) Have a meter ordered so I can watch Glucose and precise Ketosis to get my Dr. Boz Ratio.
