Today's lunch... leftover curried chicken wings, dinosaur kale sauteed with pancetta, pink salt & white wine. I got the dinosaur kale from Imperfect Produce, thanks to Shirlfleur for the tip. I had no idea what "dinosaur" kale was, but its pretty nice. easier to eat and chop than a regular variety of kale. In my opinion. Even my husband tried some and liked it.

I never did either! It came in a box of "Imperfect Produce" so I went with it!
