I must’ve looked at the numbers wrong yesterday when I weighed. I did walk at our rec-Plex last night, and my husband showed me how to do some of the machines. I am a little sore today, but that could also be because of all the rain—and my back hates rain!
177.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
