Love the initial dump of weight. I know this rate is not going to continue , but it feels so good to see.
326.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 176.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now to try to add some carbs slowly. I have failed on this mutipal times. I get to hungry with more carbs.

I don't want to. dr wants me to add more calcium ( very active bone munching arthritis.) Cant afford supplements so trying to figure out how to add C. with food with out upsetting the lifestyle change.

I think you can google it. A lot of calcium rich foods are also keto friendly food.

Sara u can’t add food that you did not eat while on a diet, u did not prepare to do so. Us portion controlled dieters have been preparing ourselves to successfully eat carbs n not feel hungry. If ur not willing to start a diet with carbs, you can not add carbs in maintenance.

Thanks all for the comments. I have been on and off keto and then high fat diets for several different times. Just trying to find what works best with my body. I am so overweight now that I can slowly get into it. When I get down closer to my goal I will have to trim the sails a lot. I am losing my ability to walk( not weight related)So I will have to change with the meds and current physical level. Good life and times to all .
