I hate the hunger pains before the keto kicks in. Keeping busy with crochet and small art projects to keep my hands and mind bussey. The stuvia has more carbs than I though, but its cold and a hot cup of tea is mandatory for happy living. Need to find a spot to set the scales down. Old house has uneven floors and placement can vary the results buy 20 lbs or more. Last time I caught my self moving the scales when I did not like what they said. Silly me.

Don't be afraid to eat while you are waiting for ketosis to hit in. Hot cup of tea is great. Just have to find a sweetener that works for you. Good luck
