Calm the mind..set the intention...I am positive...I can reach my goals....

Weight was up..expected that..took day off to rest...got exercise from Walmart..but not enough movement rest of day to compensate food intake...

Glad we went to Walmart yesterday..colder temps ahead....

Same plan..zwift ride...got new riding bibs yesterday..so gonna break them in today..in hopes of a 30 mile ride...end of month is almost here...what I get this month will give me info of what’s possible for next month...

I’m prepped for several days...and was good at Walmart yesterday..didn’t come home with any cheats....I’m focused more each day...

Have been listening to Eric ho...learning about clearing my mind better when I meditate...and learning ..keeps it interesting.....if your not learning..time to move on...

Welp..breakfast is over...get myself up and moving...gotthings to do..want to be on trainer by 10 am or so..30 miles is a 2 hour ride for me..so also need to prep food and put it in back of shirt to eat as I ride..but will log it as always...

7 days to get the weight down I gained. I have to lose the 4 pounds of fluid I put on in 3 days. Yikes! I want to see a loss for the month. YAY for new bibs!! Have fun getting the mileage in today!

Great that your grocery trip went well. Mine was pretty good. I have been keeping dairy low but came home with some Icelandic Yogurt for some reason I cannot quite explain. Hope you have a great day. It is super cold here

30 miles...1:54 on time...776 on calorie burn..640 in elevation....last 4-5 miles was the hardest....stopped every 30 min..just to stretch..but last time i stopped..was hard to get back on..for last few miles...
