Hard work...good Tuesday morning..is what achieves your goals...wanting it to happen..just isn’t gonna get the job done...you..I can make the choice of getting healthier...is it hard work...hell yes...maintaining doesn’t start when you get to your goal...it starts the day you decide to get healthy...all the time your creating a healthier habit your maintaining...

Zwift ride was short yesterday..only 8.5 miles..body was more tired from Sunday’s ride then I thought...and right now...not sure if it’s gonn be another rest day or not...my body needs time to recover..even though..I’d rather be riding..

Looked at forecast for Illinois for next two weeks...COLD....and I’m talking brrrrr...down to 0 at night...not what I want to see or hear...

Headed to walmart...wasn’t gonna go this week...but if I go today...maybe I can miss next week..when it’s colder...or that’s my thinking...

Remember...make the most of today...you won’t get it back tomorrow...

I know it could be worse...and it’s not like I have to get out and go to work anymore...I just enjoy them warmer days..

Yes, it has been a fast morning with a very productive lunch break. I drove over to the gym a got in a quick workout.
