Yay! Spine Dr. says No to surgery! More Physical Therapy, and if I can't live with the pain he'll refer me to a Pain Dr. for injections. Meanwhile BP at home 148/98 , but 111/77 there, so not as freaked out as I was. Almost Friday y'all!
