MERRY CHRISTMAS....all I wanted this morning was the scales to still be showing losses...a friend brought healthy cookies by..and for most part they was..but one cookie I had..instant headache...must of had sugar in it..some sugar affects me like that now..like a sharp 10 sec headache...then it’s gone..

Took off yesterday...no riding...I do miss riding on my rest days..guess that’s a good thing...put my carbon bike on trainer Sunday before my ride on zwift...new year starting...train on carbon I would be riding outside..

Santa brought Ben Franklin as a gift...along with 2 of his doubles...no standing in line to exchange them...lol..last minute gifts..

Today is prep day..get chicken breasts prepped ahead..gonna throw a hamburger riced cauliflower casserole together for lunch...a one serving meal..no leftovers..not even freezer leftovers...

And do a zwift ride...get them endorphins woke up...burn off any calories I can...

50 here today..in dec in Illinois...I like it..but odd winter...

Steven Lloyd...if you see this and want a workout...Watopia today...I did mountain 8...course...3600 in elevation...I made 1665 feet in elevation..before I tuckered out...was already ay 1:45 on time...only 11 miles...hills make you stronger...and burn up the calories....lol
