That .2 ....just back an forth...Good Friday morning...trying to find my motivation...not sure where it’s gone...wish it would return...I miss the drive I had...made it easier to do a workout..that didn’t seem like exercise..

Did walk in and turn flat screen on in fitness room...hoping that will draw me in as I walk by...

Been sleeping really great last 2 nights...kinda unusual..for me...don’t get me wrong it’s great...recliner is getting a break...

Well breakfast is over...need to supplement...and find that motivation...here motivation...here motivation...come out..come out...

LOL!! I am the same way. Less motivated but I have other things on my mind right now ... like the impending Christmas day and having company and we still don't have our tree up and decorated. LOL! As long as I keep burning fat and not sugar, the rest of it can wait .. I have to get this house ready. 🎄 🤶 Ho! Ho! Ho!

11 miles ...47:32 on time...633 ft. On elevation....a hill ride today...on top of it all..no music..had to hum to myself...seemed like a longer ride then normal...

It is a tough month. I sometimes stand in front of the mirror and jump up and down. Puts the scare into me everytime :)
