Better then expected..good Thursday morning...could tell at 5-6pm last night..usually when I’m fasting...that I was more tired then usual...one of me eating triggers..if I’m tired..I grab...last night grabbed baked chicken..knowing it would be best choice..not that I keep that many cheats in house anymore...I slept 9 hours before I ever woke up this morning...guess I needed it...

When the mood strikes..be zwifting once again today..need to move the legs and keep limber...

Big storm headed acrost states..Diego..we suppose to get alittle of either rain or snow today...but they have been showing on weather channel...that by Sunday thru Monday east coast..be diggin out...in past years..I enjoyed the snow was a great workout..but since my shoulder isn’t completely healed till April..my shoveling might be limited this year...but I’m sure I will try and see what my limits are...that’s just me...

Breakfast is over...need to decide what I’m gonna throw in my salad...if I have one...sure I will..but right now last thing in my thoughts..lol

Baked some muffins while ago...made six...
1/2 cup almond flour...
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder...
2eggs..
5 tablespoons of butter..I use 6 marks on butter sleeve...
Spray muffin pan
I add just a little water to thin it..makes muffins more equal...

Set oven on 350 for 12-15 min or use toothpick

This morning I added four chocolate morsels to each before oven time...also added cinnamon over top...

Need I say..mmmmmmmmmmmmm good and quick and easy...for someone like me that doesn’t like dishes...or to many ingredients....

Have a great Thursday....had one with breakfast...they are hard not to eat...and no...I don’t have the specs....
