Goood Wednesday morning...was up and on my zwift ride at 410 am this morning...feels good to have it over with already...drier is drying clothes as well..up an moving...

Snowed last night enough to cover the ground and make the drive way slick...for later when I have to go out and drag trash can to back of house...slip an slide time....

15.1 miles...64min...was a slower ride...at 4am..guess I wasn’t awake yet...lol

834 am...and rest of day to keep recliner company...no...need to thaw out some chicken..hang and fold clothes..even thought about an afternoon ride..have to wait an see on that...27 miles so far this week...but feeling less stress..on miles..year is coming to a close...I’m about 70 miles from hitting goal...

Welp...just finished breakfast...

Weight was down..but barely...I usually weigh in before I ride..today rode first...then weighed in...I would think tomorrow’s scale reading would be more...wait an see...lol
