Yeap...Yeap...another start to a great day..gooooooooood Tuesday morning..scales are showing my dedication...and I’m smiling...had to jump around alittle this morning...to get that .2 to show on the scales....was reading 287.2...but finally got it to drop...was glad..being naked in cold house....brrrr....wanted to get long john shirt back on..and sweats...

I’m sure sooner or later...it’s gonna slow down...but hopefully not till end of dec....

Plan today same as always...zwift ride in London...I did lower my weekly average miles to 50... that way if I decide to do a hill ride...won’t lose so many miles that day...and no pressure on making 50 miles...5days..10 miles...easy...

Welp..time for some tea and eggs and chicken...then hamburgers for lunch...after lunch ride to burn it off..if not before..

Weight loss since nov 25...12 pounds
-0.8% in body fat
-2.3 Bmi
