The start to a fast...good Wednesday morning...620 am...into a 16 hour fast...sitting here with my morning coffee and added some Himalayan salt to it..Which unless I’m gonna fast..since I didn’t ride till after lunch yesterday...gonna give body time to rest...would like to ride again today..and at same time...feeling like body needs time off...who knows how it’s gonna feel later this morning...

127/74 on blood pressure this morning...when my new scales gets here...will be showing upswing on chart...it’s a doozie...I’m eating right...but up almost 20 pounds...not sure what’s going on...clothes are baggie..can’t believe it’s all muscle...new scales are Bluetooth and will be able to track it all better...

Flat screen in fitness room died yesterday...means extra trip to Walmart..or sears..not sure which way to go..I can’t lift that much..even though it’s gonna take someone to move it....used iPad yesterday to see ride on zwift...had to put on glasses to see what mile I was on...so yes I do miss my other set up...

Welp...gonna close..get up and pull bed covers over...been sleeping really good with time change...

Gaining that fast says it's partially fluid weight to me. Could it be the Himalayan salt? Loose clothes is great ... woo hoo!!

That's hat will be nice about new scales...easier for my eyes to see the right numbers..be it up or down

I ate at hour 20...or...10 am...and then went back into next 24 hour fast...seems to be easier doing 24 hour fast starting earlier in the day
