sarah.malcolm824's Journal, 22 October 2018

This is my first journal entry. Literally took me 5 minutes to figure out how to do it 😂
I’m on day 1 of week 2. I’ve lost 5.5 pounds so far!
Back story...
I lost over 125 pounds several years ago. I did amazing. I kept it off. I was a gym rat, and an incredibly healthy eater.
Then my mom died. 6 years ago tomorrow.
I used it as an excuse to stop going to the gym, and start eating. Everything.
I gained back the 125 I lost and then some. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been.
But this is the END of that! My daughter is a 12 year old professional athlete, and having a heffer for a mom isn’t want I want to be. Not for her, not for my other daughters, not for my husband, and most importantly, not for myself!!!
So here I am, back at it again. Determined not to fuck it up! Determined to make myself the best version of me I can. Determined to help my depression by losing this weight.
If you want to join me on this journey, please do! I’ll need all the support I can get!!! 😊😊
250.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 123.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome back!! Looks like you are determined to make changes for you and that’s a great thing! Dieting for someone else doesn’t work (imho) and you can’t do it until you are ready. You sound ready!! Go get it, girl!!
