I am sure I could have lost more, I am not being so strict on myself with food. But that's ok, I am enjoying the ride. :) Happy Monday friends!! xo
136.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
