What a week! Burned crazy calories, and tried to keep up with spent fuel. I over did it a bit and put on a pound, but not worried, between the Mexican food yesterday and the junk Saturday I suspect all combined it is muscle and water weight. I have one more day at my 90% of my max workout until I move to 95%. Today called for me to do 57 consecutive push ups, and happy to report I obliged. 57 excellent form for a 57 year old isn't bad. I did fail 1 rep on leg curls though.
