Ok it’s 1am trucker time so that’s 1am I guess! Worked and drove my butt of today and probly still close to 1000 from home. Ugh! Looks like Saturday morning I should be home... On a good note... 865 calories for the day! Haven’t done that in awhile. Think I must be fat adaptive? Where the body switches easily over to burn fat? Too tired to contemplate it at the moment....
