Back on track...once again..good Wednesday morning...rain on the way once again...was just to tired yesterday to get on zwift...guess body was tired from 3 days of riding even though they was only 30 min workouts...

Grass needed attention yesterday since rain was on its way...after I cut grass...and with heat index..I played lazy...

Left leg is bothering me this morning...so no ride till I’m sure I can use it to support me to get on trainer...as I swing other leg over bike...only got 4hours of sleep last night...one of they just wasn’t able to sleep...gonna have to take several naps before therapy...they increased my reps and my time last session on Monday...I was so tired when I came home Monday..at 4pm...I was thinking bed time..but was able to make 7pm...slept great Monday nite..covers never moved...

Been listening to that you tube 15day challenge..that I posted in journal a few days ago...seems to be keeping me more on track with eating an moving...what ever works..I’m all in...

Well...gonna get breakfast ready in a few...set my salad up for later...and watch it rain about 9am...guess IL be wearing a rain jacket today...lest I have one..don’t get lot of use out of it...but nice to have..

Just home from therapy..more reps on the exercises...also got measured to see how I was improving...came home...set down...and having problem staying awake...I’m tired...should sleep tonight for sure...
