Affirmations..self hypnosis...good Monday morning...ahhhh...feels so good...already been on zwift...got my morning ride over and it’s just 612am...great way to start a day...wow...feels so good for a change...

Rode 6.3 miles...30 min...faster then yesterday as there was more elevation...rode on Innsbruck..not my favorite course..but rising 30 min per session I’m seeing results...and that’s what I’m working on..

Headed to walmart at 8am..get the weekly stuff..just feeling so back on track...3days of listening to the you tube link...and each day it’s getting easier to get up and moving easier...something I needed to motivate me...

Well...breakfast is over..need to record it..wash machine is doing its thing..got this day moving right along...got them endorphins woke up...yes I DID...lol

Well...other things to do....have a great Monday....
