Heat advisory..good Sunday morning...advisory from Sunday thru Tuesday evening...so be inside more again...was kind of nice sitting on front porch...some of them cooler days...

Getting ready to visit zwift in a few..get my morning ride in once again..I can tell you...the feeling of riding has suffered while being off for shoulder to heal...wish the enthusiasm would return...

Therapy again tomorrow...just another day..lol

Was reading about cool sculpting while ago...just reading...then watch you tube..think IL leave it to the doctors...

Well...time to get up an move while the mood is here...lol..gotta go ...
