Ok don’t know why I didn’t think of this before but I think I have just found my new chin up/pull up equipment! Possibly also gymnastic rings? #truckingjustgotfun 😜

Dam a horizontal bar can flat wear you out in a few moves. Today my arms are so tight I can’t straighten them out! Guess I need to slowly work this new equipment in! Ouch! Anyone else working out with body weight exercises?

60pack Hope you supply the body with plenty of proteins to recover faster. Sounds like a one week recovery job. Do only dumbbells myself at this point, but look around for a way to get a bar up here too. Take it as a three year project to get to daily weight training. Happy with once or twice a week now. Assume in a year it may expand to two three times. Building the Consistent Muscle is of first priority right now, as that is what have failed at my previous attempts. See Ted Naiman going on, and I find it very attractive. No need for a gym.

Lol whatever helps and makes the job more fun at once can’t be bad :). As to bw exercises I do some modified pushups and squats but that’s about it. Usually for squats I’m using dumbbells too.

Dumbbells are great for squats and many other things. It's all I have and seems to work well for me.
