Thanks guys! @jimmiepop you were here back in 13' too. Yeah, I always try to post start pics for myself to see the progress. Our minds love to play tricks just like the scale. A picture helps. I see you are still at it strong. Good for you.

I agree with jimmiepop! I’m proud of you for being brave and stepping outside of comfort zones. You will be glad you took these pics when you reach your goal and have pics to compare. You are beautiful and with patience and consistency, you’ll get where you want to be! We will cheer you!

Jimmie, I agree there are "a lot" of pics of people that don't even reflect the decade that one now resides, but all my pics are current, or at least within the year.

Former dance teach here. Posture! you'll be amazed how it will help. Specifically, use your core (belly muscles!) to pull your pelvis back to neutral; it's the best way to protect your back AND will work your abs. (My low back hurts looking at your profile). Make sure your knees are bent, too. If you work on just that, your next pictures will look great no matter how many inches you lose. And good luck!

omg @Kahaz ... reading your post I could see my 3rd grade teacher with that yardstick popping my head and stomach. SHoulders back, Stomach in, butt down....lol Yeah I know the posture rules and follow them usually. For the picture though I wanted a relaxed pose to show how much toning and weight loss I still need.
