So glad to be in the 70's...started on the 21 May at 88kg..its been 2 months and I'm down 8.1 kg..
176.1 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't recommend this diet for anyone because its quite unrealistic for the average person but I ate less than 500 calories daily (900 on cheat days, once in 2 weeks), 5-4 days a week I did 30min cardio, IF 16/8 in between and I would fast almost once weekly for the whole day and 2.5litres of water daily.
