Once again...good Saturday morning...can’t seem to get in right frame of mind...went on Apple store last nite found an app..self hypnosis to listen to...listened to it last night before bed..again this morning right after I got outta bed before I was completely woke up..for first time in many months..not craving food..right out of bed..I’m willing to try anything...and self hypnosis has for me worked great..no I don’t howl at the moon...however I do like chasing cars...just joking...

I did get on zwift this morning for .6 miles...just couldn’t get comfy...didn’t dress to be on that long..I’m sure that was part of it...2months of not being on the trainer...I can tell real quick I’m outta shape..but what little time I was on..hopefully that will help with the urge of missing zwift and riding...

Heat advisory out for today...not sure how many days it was...I know it was miserable yesterday when I walked next door to talk with neighbors for a few..they was outside cutting their grass...

Well..green tea is gone..might be a detox day...not sure..might have to delete what I put in food menu for today...that would be nice...to fast all day...time will tell...

Rode 2 miles on zwift while ago...2months of taking time off to heal...sure has made a difference...was easier to get on bike then I thought it would be...but didn’t want to over do it...
