broke my fast at 34 hrs 19 min, got shaky and couldn't sleep. progress is progress though, ill take it
125.2 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job. I normally IF 16:8 daily. On vacation next week, and was think of trying 36-48hr. I will have to stay busy. I eat when I’m bored. 🤓
