Good Friday morning waking up with a very sore arm/ shoulders got a really good workout yesterday at therapy so sitting here this morning put a heating pad on my shoulder already took my ibuprofen just waiting on it to quit hurting.... didn't sleep all that great last night was up and down a lot even sitting in chair for a while was heating pad on shoulder.....

9 a.m. I have a doctor's appointment to check on more meds more therapy and possibly an MRI to see if I have a tear in my shoulder for rotary cup.....

not really sure if I'm riding today or not would like to get a little bit of a ride in just to get the endorphins running wild....

receipt on my shoulder the pain is starting to subside some which is good....

Note to self don't tell the therapist that you're enjoying the workout until after she's done with the session..... I'm really sore this morning.... like maybe she gave me a hard workout so next time I wouldn't tell her how much I was enjoying the session LOL

Wnt to doctor...mri on this Monday at 4pm...she extended my therapy to continue after next week..and gave me mote pain meds to get me thru therapy sessions....so now to wait for MRI an results..to see what the problem is

Glad you have an MRI scheduled as your shoulder pain is not getting better as quickly as it should. Hang in there, Mike - it will get sorted eventually.
