Courage is a truly beautiful thing. One foot ahead of the other, one day at a time.

In the realm of things, the hair is way less important than we think! Just think positively...you don't have to shave your legs or underarms or your bikini line, and you can see what type of brows you like best. Stay stong, it will be over and you'll have the most beautiful fuzz.

I totally understand! Losing my hair was the absolute hardest thing that I went through. But it actually was nice for awhile to not have to deal with it. I decided I would not color it when it did grow back. All of my white and gray came in first and then finally the brown. It came back straight too, and I had super wavy hair before chemo. Hang in there and fight the good fight.

Hair is superficial. It will eventually grow back or you can replace with wig(s). The real beauty is inside you....your heart, soul and strength! Stay courageous !! 🙆‍♀️💟

Being bald was hard but it was a constant reminder of what I was facing and how I was strong enough to handle it. I hope that you can/do feel the same and I wish you peace and good health! And once chemo is done it grows back fairly fast. I finished chemo 14 months ago and my hair is shoulder length even after several trims to even it up. The back grew way faster than the top so I’ve cit a good 4” off there trying not to have a mullet haha. The sides should be long enough to put in a ponytail by end of summer. This time next year you could have a cute little pixie :).
