wassonc's top tips

1.Gluten free is not the worst thing that can happen to you. Look at this as an opportunity to eat the best you can!
2.Beans, rice and potatoes are amazing and versatile- these will staples in your diet.
3.Lean meat and seafood are ideal- but even red meats and bacon have a part in a healthy diet! The most important part here is making sure the meat is not processed any more than it has to be.
4.Eat fresh fruit and veggies. Every meal, and for snacks.
5.Breakfast is very important. Even if you are busy it is important to have a healthy breakfast- preferably something that is high in protein.
6.Eggs and nuts are a wonderful source of protein and healthy fats. Do not fear them- they are tasty.
