1.Make sure to have a really good breakfast so that you are not snacking before lunch
2.peanut butter and crackers do no have the amino acid combo necessary for proper protein absorption
3.If you don't like cottage cheese (like me) try adding it to tomato sauce and having it in whole wheat pasta
4.Use whole grains instead of white.
5.Cook rice & pasta in chicken broth so that they can absorb the protein rich liquid
