Sarat's top tips

1.Stick with it!! There are weeks where you may lose 5 pounds, weeks where you may gain 2 pounds, and weeks where you have nothing happen, but stick with it!!!!!
2.Eat the minimum number of calories always. Without eating at least the minimum amount of alloted calories, you're body will go into starvation mode and store everything nutrient, fat, and sugar that you consume.
3.Use the message boards, spark pages, and friends!
