Dropped a few lbs this last week, had a wicked stomach flu for three days Sunday - Tuesday, actually hit 9 lbs down due to dehydration, but all good now :). I was reminded of something my sister used to say when travelling in Mexico, "I'm only one good stomach flu away from my ideal weight". Still managed a few small workouts, but it was tough as the muscles and bones felt pretty beat up till late Tuesday.
Heading out today to the mountains (Revelstoke; opening day + 2) with a son in law for our first big ski trip of the season. Really looking forward to spending time with him and they've had over 3m (9 ft) of snow already at the resort.
