Hang in there. I found when I was at work I ate one way (usually pretty healthy) but when I got home I'd relax a ton and want to eat more. One key I have finally found that works is don't eat too close to bedtime. Some people say 2 hours others 4 but if you go to bed early like me it's usually 2 hours before bed I stop eating. That used to be my ice cream time but I've stopped doing that. Hanjin in there You got this!

I keep a sharpie in the bathroom and write inspirational messages like "be consistent" and "don't quit" on my bathroom mirror.

I like the idea of inspirational messages. I like to use window paint on my mirror but then the steam from the shower makes it run. A paper with a sharpie is much better. Thanks
