Haha Chris. Well tbh I was having a lil “problem” that was prolly accounting for all the extra wt. Seems to be moving right along now. I was having and have been having a hell of a time sleeping. I guess that’s what working night shifts for years will do to you.
By you both are right. As long as I don’t eff off on the daily and get back right to the grind it’s all good to skip once in a while. Love your faces 😎

For sure rosio. I gotta push myself too. It’s funny though because I relay so much at what you say. You exercise becasue you want to eat and I don’t kill my self just to be a size 4.

Oh but if you continue this path you will soon be size 4. When I started the journey I only wanted to fit in a large size 😬 now I’m extra small and size 0 regular pants/shorts are too big on me, I need the stretchy extra small so it will fit right 😅
