Starting over with realistic goal of one pound per week. I'm still in good health in spite of my weight: no meds, no aches and pains out of the ordinary, no reason not to make a lifestyle change while I still can. Started walking 30 minutes a day, and strength training ever other day, four days ago, Got an accountability partner/coach, and we will just see how this goes.

Hey buddy. I am going to try stay. Awhile any way. Hugs

I have found that Pastors eat very well. I have to get back in control. I always have known how; it's that "doing" part that always gets in the way. Good to be back though!

DK - we've got a Daniel Plan group at my church, I think that's the only church meeting we have that involves healthy food!

I've been reading the book; it makes sense. I've got a bunch of skinny people in my church though. :) The heavier ones are in their 70's and 80's and it doesn't seem to bother any of them if they are fat. They are the best cooks though too.
